All orders under 2kg are sent second class to help keep the price down for you. If you wish your order to be sent as signed for please don’t hesitate to give me a shout.
Orders over 2kg will be sent via courier. Usually this will be through Evri and will be tracked. If you would rather I use a different courier then don’t hesitate to contact me.
All orders will incur a postage cost of £3.50 no matter the size when bought from the website..
If you feel you want your postage to be less for a letter sized product then can you order directly via my social media.
What of my parcel doesn’t arrive?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days I will contact Royal Mail or the courier used to make a claim. This process can be a little lengthy but hopefully will be resolved quickly.
if your order was sent via courier and they failed to deliver let me know and I will get in touch with them for more details or to make a claim.
